Job Description and Qualification:

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
A. ON SALES & MARKETING FUNCTIONS
1. Leads in the development of sales and marketing plan and strategies that will increase shareholder value
by improving sales performance and field force efficiency.
2. Drives the team towards achievement of planned sales volume, profits and collection targets of the
company thereby ensuring profitability and market leadership.
3. Develops and implements short-term and long-term goals, objectives, policies and operating procedures.
4. Monitors and analyzes cost, prepares budget and controls expenditures in accordance with budget
allocations.
5. Improves shareholder's value by identifying business opportunities through creating new products
and through business development to ensure the company's sustained growth.
6. Performs strategic planning which includes market positioning, competitive analysis, customer segment
selection and penetration plans and product positioning.
7. Oversees product management including market and customer research, pricing and product discounting.
Interfaces with Manufacturing and Administration Divisions in product development, pricing, stock levels
and distribution.
8. Maintains the highest standards of customer service by developing customer-oriented programs in
order to promote the company's image.
9. Identifies significant risks and opportunities and determine necessary action to address in order to take
advantage of them, elevating these to the Credit Committee as necessary.
10. Identifies significant credit and collection areas that require corrective action to ensure alignment with
the Company's credit risk philosophy.
11. Champions the Sales & Marketing Department management team towards the establishment of
plans addressing extraordinary or abnormal situations and conditions.
12. Formulates alternatives when the projected course of action seems incapable of operating results
and evaluates alternatives with respect to their practicality and feasibility.
13. Maintains an effective working relationship with all other members of the executive team to guarantee
that there is effective coordination of all company activities as aligned to the overall objectives of the
Company.
14. Acts as an adviser on all issues relating to the division. Keeps abreast of latest developments to
ensure that the Company maintains its competitive position.

B. ON PERSONNEL MANAGEMENT FUNCTIONS
1. Establishes performance goals for his direct reports and leads towards the achievement of corporate
and division's agreed key results areas. Monitors performance in a regular and continuous basis.
2. Develops executives and managers to upgrade knowledge, skills and attitudes through on-the-job
coaching and counseling, training and other interventions. Inspires self-confidence of direct reports
and projects dynamism in order to build teamwork.
3. Ensures discipline and compliance of executives and managers to Company rules and regulations.
Retains those who are worth-keeping, with potentials and good performer. Recommends employees
for dismissal.

MINOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Identifies key account officers in an account. Conducts account visitation to key business contacts.
2. Attends social functions to promote strong business relations with dealers/clients.

Salary:

180,000.00
