Job Description and Qualification:

        Being a strategic business partner focused on providing talent acquisition support to positively impact business growth and changes within the organization.

        Acting as a trusted, internal advisor and business partner to management, making recommendations to promote the organization’s mission and business strategies, carefully weighing the potential benefits and costs associated with each option.

        Collaborating with management and external parties to effectively facilitate the Talent Acquisition process.

        Ensuring all operational and business recruiting goals are met on time and with high quality candidates and hires.

        Developing, managing, and inspiring a highly performing team of recruiting professionals with the ability to source and hire quality talent. 

        Executing best-in-class practices for the end-to-end candidate experience inclusive of sourcing, screening, interviewing, communications, selection, and on-boarding.

        Providing thought leadership around metrics and data that demonstrate the health and effectiveness of talent acquisition.

        Ensuring all recruiting teams develop and implement local community outreach and advertising strategies to generate quality and diverse candidate pools.

        Working with recruiting teams to develop the local Employee Value Proposition, partnering with other internal stakeholders, which can be used in all recruiting and retention strategies.
