Job Description and Qualification:

The Vice President of  Business Transformation is responsible for creating an end to end value streams and linking process initiatives to the Hospital Revenue Cycle Management (HRCM)  business strategy. The VP of Business Transformation is a key senior leader with oversight of  the Project Management Office, Process Excellence & Continuous Improvement, Enterprise Workspace Governance and Planning and works closely with Operations, Solution Management, Finance and IT leaders to prioritize, develop and implement successful strategies that drive HRCM initiatives.

  • process strategy that aligns with HRCM business strategy and provide direction necessary to create a process-driven organization. Ensure appropriate allocation of resources through project completion
  • Provide PMO services to Physicians Services and VBC as needed
  • Monitor and ensure space is available for planned consolidations across HRCM, while also considering the needs of other business units (Physicians Services, VBC).
  • Partner with senior leaders to facilitate the design of the 3 and 5 year plan ss well as the development and implementation of yearly initiative review cycles, including project benefit realization governance and structure.
  • Set specific goals and metrics for each operational business process and oversee implementation of initiatives to achieve these goals for HRCM Operations.

Experience and qualifications:

  • A BA/BS Degree is required, preferably in a Computer Science or Business discipline
  • PMP certification is a plus
  • 3+ years of experience working in project or program management role
