Job Description and Qualification:
Brief Overview:
- Ensure optimal patient experience outcomes alongside with his/ her teams.
- S/He will lead, implement, execute, analyze, report, and evaluate targeted patient experience improvement initiatives strategies to achieve set goals.
- Collaborate with Leaders, Physicians, and staff; participate in the resolution of complaints to identify and mitigate barriers at the point of care;
- Participate in the development of programs and services that address specific aspects of the patient experience outcomes.
Salary:
