Job Description and Qualification:

Brief Overview:
  • Ensure optimal patient experience outcomes alongside with his/ her teams.
  • S/He will lead, implement, execute, analyze, report, and evaluate targeted patient experience improvement initiatives strategies to achieve set goals.
  • Collaborate with Leaders, Physicians, and staff; participate in the resolution of complaints to identify and mitigate barriers at the point of care;
  • Participate in the development of programs and services that address specific aspects of the patient experience outcomes.

Salary:

PHP 1M – 1.9M
