Job Description and Qualification:

Directly responsible for the productivity efficient operation of the Sales department.

  • Designs, implements, and manages sales processes, establishing a high level of quality, accuracy, and process consistency.
  • Administers, manages, and reports on sales forecast; ensures forecasting efforts are appropriately integrated with other planning processes within the company
  • Develops and drives standards and processes for sales quotas and incentive plans to enable a high-performing sales team.
  • Proactively identifies opportunity for sales process improvement; works closely with management to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement.
  • Manages key customer relationships and participates in closing strategic opportunities.
  • Manages and leads sales operations achievement of team and individual goals. team, including achievement of team and individual goals.
  • Collaborates closely with other departments to ensure that customer requirements and expectations are met.
