Job Description and Qualification:

The Vice President for Sales is responsible for establishing the sales targets in meeting the company objectives. He will develop strategic sales plans based on company goals that will promote company sales growth and customer satisfaction. He will also be responsible for the over-all productivity and effectiveness of the sales team and should foster close working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the efficiency of sales operation.

The candidate for this role must be a licensed real estate broker with at least 8 years of real estate sales experience in a leadership capacity  handling high-end projects. He must also have strong business acumen as well as excellent leadership and interpersonal skills. He must also possess excellent communications skills.

Salary:

PHP 2 M – 2.9M
