Job Description:
  • Inspire, motivate and enthuse team members
  • Answer questions, provide guidance and coach team mates
  • Provide ongoing training to the team
  • Monitor productivity and quality to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Delegate work flow to team on a daily basis and ensure turnaround times are met
  • Assist with problem files and provide exceptional customer service
  • Communicate problems and challenges to Department Manager
  • Revise procedures and protocols as necessary
  • Ensure positive team morale and lead by example
  • Complete files as necessary
  • Other duties as assigned
  • At all times to work in accordance with the company's privacy and security guidelines

  • At least three years of team lead work experience is required
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills
  • Typing speed of at least 35 WPM
  • Strong attention to detail, decision making and analytical skills
  • Willing to work at McKinley Hill, Taguig City
  • Willing to work in the day shift
