Job Description and Qualification:


  • Responsible for the analysis, administration and support of voice and network converged communications solutions
  • Accountable for vendor management function, ensuring alignment with company’s Business and IT objectives, managing service delivery, as well as account team management and billing operations
  • Manage all standards, policies and procedures related to voice communications
  • Ensure uninterrupted access to all Corporate voice services
  • Work to streamline and optimize voice administrative functions and processes
  • As part of Corporate Network team, provide general Network support and participate on Network team projects
  • Remain business focused, adhering to Audit, Compliance, Finance, Legal, Procurement and Data Privacy Office standard processes and policies
  • Provide governance and ensure adherence to Corporate policies and procedures by Regional and Site IT staff


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College degree
  • Minimum of 5 to 8 years of directly related experience in voice and data network related administration and support functions
  • Hands on experience with industry standard call manager platforms, automated call distribution and interactive voice response systems
  • Hands-on experience in design and configuration of call control, IP routing, LAN switching, QoS, VoIP deployments and SIP trunks
  • Working knowledge of voice and network protocols including PRI, SIP, MGCP, TCP/IP, RTP, VoIP and G.711 & G.729 compression codecs, network routing protocols including BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, HSRP/GLBP, Multicast, IP CEF
  • Respond timely to trouble incidents and be able to determine and implement appropriate resolution while documenting all actions in accordance with established policies
