Job Description and Qualification:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Nursing or equivalent.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in CLARK PAMPANGA.
  • Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Healthcare - Nurse/Medical Support & Assistant or equivalent.
  • Has background in administrative and clerical works.
  • Should have experience in handling Covid-19 cases.
  • Should have first aid experience and know how to handle emergency situations that employees may experience.
  • Preferably with updated First Aid Training and BOSH Certificate.
  • Should be able to examine employees and think critically to make healthcare recommendations and can work under pressure.
  • Skilled communicators, in both verbal and written mediums
  • Can start ASAP
  • Handle Covid case Management and Covid Vaccine program
  • Provide Basic Healthcare and Nursing Management
  • Knowledgeable in Covid -19 Management and Reporting
  • Schedules onsite and online Doctor’s Consultation and conducts follow-up.
  • Administer Prescribed medication and Treatment.
  • Organize Employee Physicals
  • Organize and execute Wellness events and activities.
  • Raise Health Awareness and Knowledgeable in current health issues.
  • Conduct health promotion activities and collaborates with other departments.
  • Report on Employee Health
  • Report on HMO enrolment, correction, and cancellation
  • Responsible for inventory and request of medicines and medical supplies
  • Will be asked to submit other monthly reports or when deemed necessary.
  • Together with authorized company representatives, accompanies patients to a medical facility during emergency situations and coordinates the case to the hospital prior to transfer.
