Job Description and Qualification:

Based on the guidelines provided, you will manage the outbound call to the identified customers or clients to get their valid email address

  • Enter or upload the relevant information of the client to the client’s database or to any tracker file provided by the company in a timely manner
  • Document the call information according to SOP as necessary
  • Complete call logs and reports as necessary
  • Escalate to the Group for any concerns and issues that may be out of the scope of the project
  • Other duties as assigned by the Group
