Job Description and Qualification:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s):
  • Working knowledge in WORKDAY administration and support
  • Working knowledge of project management tools
  • MS Office proficient
  • Excellent customer service and interaction skills
  • Strong command of the English Language
  • Can handle complaints, answer queries and troubleshoot
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving and multi-tasking skills
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills
  • Goal oriented, target driven, self motivated, and a multi-tasker
  • Can start ASAP
  • Open to work in BGC, Taguig
  • At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in WORKDAY/WORKDAY ADMINISTRATION.
  • Open to work on a project based employment subject to extension

Tasks:

*• PARTICIPATE IN THE LAUNCH CAMPAIGN OF WORKDAY WAVE 3 PRE AND POST GO-LIVE.

• TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE, AN INDIVIDUAL MUST BE ABLE TO PERFORM EACH ESSENTIAL DUTY EXCELLENTLY.

• HANDLE INQUIRIES, INCLUDING COMPLAINTS RELATED TO THE PROJECT

• OTHER RELATED TASKS THAT MAY BE ASSIGNED FROM TIME TO TIME*
