Job Description and Qualification:

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute fulfillment of service (delivery of lessons by tutors) accurately.
  • Maintain a database of specific requirements from Operations to incorporate into creating the schedule
  • Provide real-time and regular reports on service level and fulfillment
  • Create and provide sessions to Ops leaders for smoother operations

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any Bachelor's degree
  • With at least 5 years of work experience in a Call Center
  • With 2-3 years background in Workforce Management
  • Demonstrated high degree of business coping ability
  • Extensive knowledge of Aspect, eWFM and other WFM tools
  • Good communication skills (English)
  • Must be amenable to work onsite in BGC, Taguig
  • Amenable to start immediately (July 2021)

Work Schedule: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (Monday To Friday), on-site
